The prices are pre-tax and exempt from IVA (VAT) by law: art. 10 D.P.R. 633/72.
CANCELLATIONS: Services cancelled 2 days in advance are charged at 50%. Services cancelled one day before or on the same day are charged at 100%.
TRAVEL EXPENSES: Customers pay the cost of the guide’s return journey for tours of other cities, or for tours outside the historical centre of Bologna.
